Returns

We do accept returns and will refund to you the full purchase price of your order less the original shipping provided the product is returned to us prepaid within 15 days, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee.
All orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges. A return for refund does not come under the warranty conditions below therefore you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Damage:

Upon delivery be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery and notate damage on shippers copy of the freight bill. Contact Cedar Hideaway within 2 business days. Cedar Hideaway will handle all correspondence with freight company and arrange for a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge.

If you notate damage on the waybill and decide to keep the product notify Cedar Hideaway of the damage with supporting photos of damaged item and photos of the inner and outer packaging by email within 2 days. Cedar Hideaway will arrange to get you replacement parts or replacement product free of charge.

In the event you want to cancel the order for full refund it will be considered a return and you will have to pay the shipping and restocking fees as outlined in return policy.


Warranty Replacement:

Cedar Hideaway will at our discretion and expense replace any parts or products that are found to be defective within 15 days of purchase. Cedar Hideaway must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of any parts or items claimed to be defective. Our 15 day warranty covers replacement of any defective item or part, it does not cover refund of the purchase price for a return.

If damaged packages are returned without notating the damage on drivers way bill Cedar Hideaway must be notified be email withing 3 days with supporting photos of all internal and external Packaging. Cedar Hideaway will replace product free of charge, however if no notation was made on the drivers copy of the waybill the contract we have with the freight company will be null and void and you will have to pay for the return shipping of your replacement product as well as the return of the damaged product.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item you must request an RA form to return the product for exchange and indicate which product you are exchanging for.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

1) Request a return authorization number (RA number)

2) once you receive RA Form, attach a copy of it to the outside of each package being returned.

3) Ship the item to the location we specify using the shipping method of your choice and email Cedar Hideaway with the tracking number.

all returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and shipped prepaid to our US warehouse as stated on the RA Form.

Any shipments returning without this documentation will be refused and no amount will be refunded.

If returning for an exchange we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
