What does the U stand for in the product number?

The U stands for Unassembled. This is a less expensive way to ship our products while saving you money. If you prefer Assembled most of our items are available in Assembled or Unassembled just look for the product number without the U.

What will I need to Assemble the products myself?

All of our unassembled kits come with easy to follow illustrated instructions.

How long will it be before I receive it?

North America

We ship all our orders out within 24 hrs after receiving and most products shipped in the continental US and Canada arrive at the customers delivery location within 6-9 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to additional ship fees. Please email us for a ship quote on this service.

International Customers

Overseas shipments are shipped UPS 3-day air and usually take 2-5 business days for delivery. Please email us with the details of your shipment and destinations address including the zip code so we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote on your order.

No taxes are collected for shipments outside of North America.

Do you offer a way of getting my order faster?

Yes, Expedited or Express Shipping is available for an additional fee. Expedited is normally 2-3 business days and Express is overnight. Email with destination address for a ship quote.

Can I order bulk quantities?

Yes, there is no limitations on the size of your order. Orders of more than 8 may be eligible for a shipping discount. Contact us with the specifics and we'll get you a quote

Can I add a finish to my outdoor furniture if I want?

Though are Cedar Outdoor Furniture needs no finishing if you prefer to we recommend using a wood sealer or a semi transparent stain with a UV inhibitor. If using it for underground application it should be treated with a preservative.
